Performance Santa Fe (PSF), one of Santa Fe’s most iconic cultural institutions, closed its doors in 2025 after 88 years of advancing the performing arts in the community. The decision comes with a deep sense of pride in the PSF’s legacy and gratitude for the support of its partners, donors, artists, and audiences over the decades.

Since its first performance in 1937 — playing to a crowd of 775 in a city of fewer than 20,000 people — Performance Santa Fe has been at the forefront of artistic and cultural excellence. Its final season included standout moments, such as their signature Festival of Song series and Kristin Chenoweth’s sold-out holiday performance on December 21, a fitting tribute to nearly nine decades of excellence.
